From schi0249 "We bought it in ebony black --- very nice!
This is something that I wish we had waited to buy. We bought a Stork Craft (Chelsea) a crib before our baby is born. It was in that crib for a few months. There was a recall on the slide-down cot. We went back to the crib, the public took it back happy. We bought this crib instead. Our son is now 6 months old and I feel much safer to put him in the crib against a crib stork craft. First, Million Dollar Baby has never been a recall on cribs company. Second, all components of metal (trade stork had some parts that were made of wood that were questionable how well they stopped).
This cradle has a box spring! There are lists of wood when the boat is owned by Chelsea crib stork. My child feels more comfortable in the crib - we are using the same mattress. For the past three months my baby is turning over. This crib for some reason seems to have more space. It has no arms and legs stuck in crib stork craft as much as it is now even more mobile. In general, I would not trust each slide downhill after reading their statement with the profession stork. This product is perfect and firm and it takes a while 'for my husband and I put together. The boat stork was much easier to assemble. But this cradle seems to have been made and shipped a lot more fun! The finish seems to hold much better. General, I bought this crib to get started. We like the fact that if our child grows, we can boxspring down 4 times compared to only twice strokcraft cradle. Truly the drawer does not bother me too much. I'm just glad it is the cradle of security. I also do not recommend this to a pregnant person, with or without a spouse. It 's very heavy"
From Elbow (Salem, MA USA) "We bought this crib in June 2009, after examining dozens, including some of the "organic" models that claim to offer completely free of VOC, etc., usually at a cost of USD1000 north. These costs would be nice if we could be sure that money is buying is clearly some additional level of security. After months of constant research that I did not feel that they were necessarily more expensive organic cribs safer and in fact, concerned about the lack of a testimony of a client in relation to them.
When it came before him, we relied on the many positive reviews on Amazon and the adoption of Consumer Reports (this model has the Editor's Choice list in Consumer Reports'.) I read a review recently where a couple claimed to have put together the crib in 25 minutes. This must be watched like a NASCAR pit stop, I have no idea how to put together in haste - good for them. I mounted one and it took a couple of hours, even if it was running and was double and triple check the tightness of each bolt. I have some time leveling system spring mattress.
The best thing I can say is that the meeting there is no time when you are frustrated. Often putting together something with many parts of this type, you get into trouble, despite your being that you follow the instructions carefully (think IKEA assembly). This has not happened to me once with this crib. When you are done you will be happy with the finished product as well. It feels very well produced and constructed, something that you would be convinced to put the child in"
